Why Women in STEM Cadetship Program?
At Coder Academy, we’re passionate about encouraging women to succeed in the tech sector. With so few women choosing Computer Science subjects and degrees, there is a strong need for role models and an educational opportunity that translates into real-world experiences.
This is a financial assistance cadetship offered by the Australian Government to promote women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) with the aim to increase gender equity in STEM careers and education.
The program offers a significant financial incentive to women in the workforce regardless of how they personally identify to enrol in a higher education STEM related field.
